Ms. Shirley Tan, founder of @miraclemo_sg and @kneadtoinspire, is an international instructor who has conducted over 1,000 classes in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, ShenZhen, and Shenyang over the past four years.

Specializing in Modeling Food Art, she crafts items like Cartoon Character Chinese Steambun and Ang Ku Kueh. Shirley founded “Knead to Inspire” in 2018 and won a gold medal at the 2019 Korea International Artisan Festival.

She has judged multiple international competitions, including the 2021 Belgium Tourism and Gastronomy Festival. In 2022, she established the “MiracleMo Baking and Cooking Studio” in Singapore.
